Cancellation terms for meetings and parties

If you cancel more than a month before the gathering, you can cancel free of charge.
If you cancel up to a month beforehand, 25% of the quoted amount will be charged.
If you cancel up to a week beforehand, 50% of the quoted amount will be charged.
If you cancel up to two days beforehand, 100% of the quoted amount will be charged.
